Q1 - Who Supplies the vehicles?
All our vehicles are supplied and sourced through the relevant reputable vehicle manufacturers UK dealer network and specialist UK suppliers.
Q2 - Do vehicles have a warranty?
Yes, majority of all our new vehicles come with the full UK manufacturer's warranty.
Q3 - Is maintenance included?
Full maintenance is available as an optional fixed monthly cost and includes all scheduled servicing as well as wear and tear items such as tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour charges. Free servicing is sometimes included with a manufacturers warranty.
Q4 - What happens when I need a vehicle serviced or repaired?
You would take your car to your main dealer or an approved service center. If you included full maintenance in the contract you will receive a maintenance contact number from the finance company from which you can book the vehicle into a local approved garage. Upon request you may also be able to request free vehicle collection and delivery. Some finance companies (mainly, BMW, VW, Audi Seat, Skoda and certian Mercedes contracts) insist you use a main dealer for having your car serviced.
